AI Processing and Third-Party Services

RepairBrief uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze and summarize your uploaded documents. This processing is performed using:

  • OpenAI: We send extracted text and images from your documents to OpenAI's API for analysis. OpenAI processes this data according to their Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is processed according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google: Authentication is provided via Google OAuth. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. Documents are processed solely to provide you with the Service.

File Storage and Deletion

Your uploaded files are stored temporarily on our servers for processing. Generated summaries are stored until you delete them or they expire (for shared links). You have the option to delete your files at any time. We are committed to ensuring that you have control over your data.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. This includes encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls.
